To Live! And to Write for Life!

*新（2013.09.18）* 同學們建議我出一本小冊子，幫學生學習省電費和更重要的是食物不要那麼快壞掉！

馬英九說要做省電達人，冰箱一天只用12小時。
有人討論是要開幾個小時，拔插頭幾個小時比較好？
我說電費不會減少多少，搞不好反而增加，食物一定常常壞掉，結一大堆冰而且冰箱一定幾年下來就要故障了。
原因很簡單，因為冰箱的重要零組件和制冷循環不是設計讓人把電源開開關關的。

我的工作很不巧就是測試冰箱的電子軟體和硬體。
是的，所有的家電裡面就冰箱和冷暖氣最耗電，因為壓縮機很耗電而且長時間開啟。
冰箱其實跟冷暖氣機原理一模一樣，只是壓縮機功率不同等等。

我不負責冷暖器機，但是冰箱的部分這裡有幾個簡單有效率的省電方法。
了解冰箱制冷原理之後，你自己可以去變通。

1. 減少開門的次數和時間長短。
每次開門，空氣中的水氣和熱度會進去，壓縮機就要很賣力工作一陣子才能再次把溫度降下來。
(對於不變頻壓縮機來講就是要開很久，對於變頻的來講就是轉速要變很快，吃電很兇)
如果有自動化霜功能，一天開上幾次門，就要從兩天化霜一次變成每18小時左右化霜一次。
化霜就是用電線加溫，電線很耗電，而且霜越多，電線開得越久。
一次化不完的話，過幾個小時馬上又得化霜了！

I have found peace and hope in the Bible.  My dear heavenly Father sets me free from my Earthy worries so I can focus on what I need to do everyday.  As a result, I become happier and I do well at work too.

When it comes to things that I have little control of, I pray.  Jesus assured answered prayers as in

[John 16:24} The Disciple’s Grief Will Turn to Joy

“Until now you have not asked for anything in my name.  Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.”

And in deed, He answered many of my prayers – both for myself and for my loved ones.  I’d like to share my joy and hope that you receive His gifts to us.  So here is a suggestion of how you should pray:

“Pray like this:

“‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.

  May your Kingdom come soon.

  May your will be done on Earth, as it is in heaven.

  Give us today the food we need, and forgive our sins,
         as we have forgiven those who sin against us.

  And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. “

And remember, keep your prayer simple.
